The batik process 5:

The stamped fabric is bleached then recoloured, and finally boiled to remove the wax.

The fabric from earlier after it has been fully stamped. The dark pattern is wax. Same fabric after it has been bleached. So the colour has almost disappeared where there is no wax.
Here the bleached fabric is dyed again with three different colours. And this is the result after boiling to remove the wax.

The fabric is boiled in a basin like this. The wax will melt and float on top of the water, where it can be collected and reused.
